Saturday Flu shot clinics will be held from 9am to 12pm on September 13th, October 11th, November 8th and December 6th in our Lake Forest Office. These clinics are held for existing SOCPA patients only. Please call the Flu Vaccine Hotline at (949) 770-0513 extension 23 for for information. |
