Changes to the SOCPA Connect Patient Portal

computer-mouseWe have discontinued our current version of the SOCPA Connect Patient Portal and will soon be switching to a brand new portal system! We are busy learning and testing our new system and estimate that we will be ready to begin sending out invitations for our new portal in May 2014.  Until then,  if  you need to reach one of our office locations, billing office or to schedule a future appointment, please visit our Contact Us page for department phone numbers.
