After Hours Care

If you feel that your child is in need of medical attention and it is after SOCPA’s telephone hours of 7:45 am to 4:30 pm, you have the option of utilizing the following resources listed below.

SOCPA patients always have the choice of speaking with a SOCPA “on call” doctor by calling our Exchange at (949) 707-3331.

If at any time you feel your child is experiencing a medical emergency, dial 911.

Monday through Thursday

• SOCPA After Hours Sick Only Care from 5:30 pm-8:30 pm in our Ladera Ranch office.  Call (949) 388-1798.

Monday through Friday

• Kids Doc Phone Triage and Care from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm.  Call (949) 682-4752.
• After 10:00 pm call our Exchange at (949) 707-3331.

Saturday or Sunday

• SOCPA After Hours Sick Only Care starting at 9:00 am in our Ladera Ranch office.   Call (949) 388-1798. This is available on Saturdays.
• Kid’s Doc Phone Triage and Care from 10:00 am to 9:00 pm.  Call (949) 682-4752.
• After 9:00 pm call our Exchange at (949) 707-3331

Holidays

• Kids Doc Phone Triage and Care from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.  Call (949) 682-4752.
• After 6:00 pm call our Exchange at (949) 707-3311
