| Personal | Dr. Brown is married and has seven children. Her time outside of work is spent primarily with her husband and children. They are also very involved with their church, where Dr. Brown sings in the choir and teaches Sunday school. As a family, the Browns enjoy spending time in the mountains, at the beach and boating. Dr. Brown also enjoys reading and watching the Food Channel, fantasizing about cooking. |
| The part of pediatrics that Dr. Brown finds most rewarding and close to her heart, are her patients with special needs and their wonderful parents. As the mother of a child with special needs, she feels a special affinity and bond with other families with similar challenges, and feels honored to be able to help them in anyway she can. |
